Our company's vertical industrial type ball is designed based on the digestion and improvement of various vertical dryers (also known as vertical drying kilns) that have been successfully applied in the past. It is developed by integrating the long-term practical experience of our company in the field of drying.
Technical Parameters
Technical features:
1. Some have adjustable baskets, which ensure uniform discharge and are convenient for installation and maintenance.
2. The entire furnace design is in the shape of a trapezoid with a narrower top and wider bottom, making it less prone to blockage.
3. The position of the hot air inlet is set at the lower middle part, with a long pre-drying distance and good material removal.
4. The design of the upper part of the furnace body being closed and internal dust removal ensures low air velocity, less dust discharge,
and makes it easier to observe and detect the temperature of the silo, the discharge process, and the ignition situation.
5. Infrared camera monitoring and automatic temperature control alarm device are adopted.
6. The drying heat source uses boiler flue gas and an automatic heating system. It automatically adds coal and removes slag.
A double vertical air duct design is adopted to avoid the influence of the length and resistance of the kiln body on the uniform distribution of air.
7. A double air supply design can be adopted, making the air distribution more reasonable.
Electrical control content:
1. The electrical control system adopts centralized control. The discharge trolley can be controlled manually or automatically.
The discharge system is controlled centrally by PLC, ensuring uniform discharge and adjustable time.
2. The temperature control system is equipped with multiple temperature control systems to detect various parts' temperatures and has an alarm system.
3. A monitoring system is configured to monitor the conditions of the drying machine's various parts, making the operation convenient.
